Production & Shipping
Each piece in The Collection is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for size or preference changes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
